This page explains how “Isekai Diary” (the “App”) handles information about its users. This is a translation of the Japanese privacy policy; if the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.
Information you enter
Your hero's name and gender, your chosen language and your game progress are stored only inside your browser (localStorage). They are never sent to the operator's servers. Stored data is erased when you clear your browser's browsing data.
To improve the App, when a game starts and ends we send the world you were reborn in, your skill, your gender, the week you reached and the type of ending to Google Analytics (described below). The name you enter is not sent.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the App or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to the App and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Analytics
To understand how the App is used and improve it, the App uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.
You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies; please check your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For how the data is handled, see Google's Privacy & Terms.
Cookie consent
For visitors from countries where prior consent is required, such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, we show a cookie consent notice at the bottom of the screen and do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies until you agree. Until then, basic measurements that do not use cookies (such as the fact that a page was opened) are still sent to Google, and only non-personalized ads are shown. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the site is shown with cookies turned off.
Your choice is saved in a cookie shared by all nacn.app sites (nacn_consent, kept for about 13 months). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

The App is a work of fiction. All characters, organizations and worlds that appear in it are fictional and have no relation to real ones. The events and causes of death in the game are storytelling devices and are not meant as guidance for real-life actions. The operator accepts no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the App.
